Defrightful - PTU

This tutorial was written by Twilight on 9/24/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.  

NOTE: If you get confused at any time, you can use my tag for reference!

SUPPLIES:

Tube/Close up of Choice: I'm using an exclusive tube from PicsForDesign http://picsfordesign.com/catalogue/id_103398_sexy_witch.pix

ScrapKit: I'm using a PTU kit called "Defrightful"by BLT DeZignZ 

 which you can buy at ScrappinDollars

-BLT_Halloween_Spider1

-BLT_Halloween_Bow1

-BLT_Halloween_Cake1

-BLT_Halloween_Flower4

-BLT_Halloween_Flower5

-BLT_Halloween_Leaves

-BLT_Halloween_Crow

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Frame8" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Magic Wand Tool

Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_PP17" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

Do NOT deselect yet

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_HauntedHouse" as a new layer

Resize it 40%

Place inside the frame (bottom left)

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Tree" as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place inside the frame to the right

Copy/Paste a close up  of choice

Resize/Arrange in the frame

Hit Delete

Deselect

Set the blend mode to SCREEN

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Spider1" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place with the wire toward the top of the frame (it should be under the bow)

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Bow1" as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place over the top center of the frame

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Cake1" as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place on the bottom right of the frame

Drop Shadow

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Flower4" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Drag behind the cake

Place on the left, behind the cake

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Flower5" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place behind the cake, to the right of Flower 4

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "BLT_Halloween_Leaves" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the right side of frame

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize and place on the right side of frame, over the leaves

Drop Shadow

Crop/Resize tag

Add your name and copyright info and you're done!
