Perfect - PTU

 This tutorial was written by Twilight on 7/30/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.   

SUPPLIES:

Tube: I'm using the art of Celinart Pinup.. You can get it HERE

ScrapKit: I'm using a PTU scrapkit called "Perfect" by Tammy. Get it HERE

Font of Choice: MTF Peach Cobbler

-Perfect Element 112

-Perfect Paper 13

-Perfect Element 113

-Perfect Paper 3

-Perfect Element 25

-Perfect Element 22

-Perfect Element 80

-Perfect Element 69

-Perfect Element 75

-Perfect Element 43

-Perfect Element 78

-Perfect Element 76

-Perfect Element 82

-Perfect Element 33

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 112" as a new layer

Copy/Paste "Perfect Paper 13" as a new layer

On the frame - Magic Wand - Click inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

On the paper - Hit Delete

Copy/Paste your tube or closeup

Arrange inside the frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 113" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Move it to the left side of the frame

On the Film Strip

Magic Wand - Select inside each of the frames

Copy/Paste "Perfect Paper 3" as a new layer under the film strip

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

Do not deselect

Copy/Paste your tube again, under the film strip

Arrange it to your liking

Hit delete

Change the Blend Mode to Screen

Deselect

Add a drop shadow to both the frame and filmstrip:

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 25" as a new layer

Drag it to the bottom layer

Place so that just a small portion is showing under the frame

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 22" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Drag below the filmstrip layers

Move it to the top so that it's showing above the filmstrip

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 80" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Move to the top of the frame

Add a drop shadow (same as above)

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 69" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Move to the right of the filmstrip (it should cover some of the diagonal piece of the filmstrip)

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 75" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Move to the bottom right corner of the filmstrip

Add a drop shadow (same as above)

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 43" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Move to the right side of the filmstrip

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 78" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Move to the bottom Right corner of the frame

Add Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 76" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Resize 80%

Move to the left of the bag

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 82" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Move to the bottom center of the tag

Add Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Perfect Element 33" as a new layer

Move to the bottom of the tag

Duplicate

Move the duplicate up to the top of the tag

Crop/Resize your tag

Add your name and copyright info

You're Done!
