SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube of Choice: I am using one by Célinart Pinup. Get it HERE
Scrap Kit: PTU kit called "Here Kitty Kitty" by TammyKat. Get it HERE
Font: Mine is called "Complete in Him" Get it HERE
FILTERS: Mura's Meister Copies
Let's start :)
Open a new image 600
x 250
Open
tk-herekittykitty-herekittykittypaper
Copy/Paste as new
Layer
Add Noise:
Random
7%
Monochrome Checked
Open your tube
Copy/Paste as new
Layer
Effects - Plugins -
Mura's Meister - Copies:
Preset - Line
Number - 8
Shift X - 100
Shift Y - 0
Set the blend mode
to Hard Light and lower the opacity to 57
Open

Copy/Paste as new

Place at the bottom
of your canvas
Open

Copy/Paste as new
Layer
Move them down just
a little
Open

Move over the
clustered circles to the left on your canvas
Open

Copy/Paste as new

Place over clustered
circles to the right on your canvas
Open

Move to the right of
your tag
Open

Copy/Paste as new

Move to the bottom
right corner (the center of the flower should still be visible)
Open

Move to the top left
corner (again the center of the flower should still be visible)
Add a drop shadow to
both flowers
Copy/Paste your tube
as new layer
Resize if needed
Place in the center
of canvas
New Raster layer
Flood fill with
color or Gradient of choice
Selections - Select
All
Selections - Modify
- Contract - 4
Hit Delete
Deselect
Add noise, same as
with the paper, but change the Noise amount to 15%
Add your copyright
info and name
And you're done!
